Take your flight to reach your destination.

Arrive in Hanoi and transfer to the Mövenpick Hotel for 1 night.

Morning city tour of Hanoi visiting Hoan Kiem lake and Ngoc Son temple, then drive north to Halong City. Stay 1 night at the Paradise Suites Hotel. (B, L)

Morning at leisure. Board a luxury Paradise ship for a 2-night cruise on Halong Bay. Afternoon cruise towards Titop Island with an onboard cooking demonstration. The following morning there is an optional tai chi lesson, then cruise to Ho Ba Ham for swimming, kayaking and a visit to a fishing village, then squid fishing and dinner in the evening. (B, L, D)

Morning visit to Vung Vieng fishing village, then disembark back in Halong City and drive south to Ninh Binh. Stay at the Tam Coc Garden Hotel for 1 night. (B)

Morning sampan (traditional wooden boat) ride through the But cave complex. Afternoon drive to Mai Chau and stay at the Mai Chau Ecolodge for 3 nights. (B, L, D)

Morning walk in the Pu Long Nature Reserve, then visit local villages in the Mai Chau highlands in the afternoon. The following day is at leisure. (B, L, D)

Drive to Ky Son village in the Red River delta and take a guided walk round the village followed by lunch and a cooking demonstration. Afternoon bike ride in the surrounding countryside then drive to Hanoi. Stay 1 night at the Mövenpick Hotel. (B, L)

Transfer to the airport and fly to your next destination. (B)
