TO MAKE YOUR PAYMENTS FOR ACCOMMODATION & TOURS, CHOOSE ONE OF THE THREE CONVENIENT OPTIONS:

Online Card Payments

Visa, Master and American Express Card payments are processed through an online payment gateway system. You need not worry about your card information falling into the wrong hands because your bank will authorize the card transaction directly without any information passing through us. In approximately 25-30 seconds (depending on your internet connection) your bank will issue, using the online payment gateway, an authorization code and confirmation of completion of transaction.

Holidaysat, as a SSL certified, uses the latest technology and other sophisticated methods to protect your credit card information. You can book your product using SSL encryption (the internet standard for secure transactions). In fact, transacting online with a credit card at the website is even safer than using a credit card at a restaurant because we do not retain your credit card information. You can be assured that HolidaysAt offers you the highest standards of security on the internet so as to ensure that your shopping experience is private, safe and secure.

If the payment on the credit card is declined for some reason, alternate payment instructions must be received by HolidaysAt 72 hours prior to the time of departure; else, the order is liable to be cancelled. Holidaysat charges a service fee on all domestic airline bookings. In case of cancellation of booking, this fee is non-refundable.

Other Payment Option

Bank Draft, kindly ensures the same is made out in the name of ‘Holidaysat’ and marked Account Pay’ only. Holidaysat.com ensures that every transaction you conduct via cheque, cash deposit, NEFT, RTGS, Demand Draft is a safe and secure environment. Bank Transfer, kindly makes it directly to our Bank Account.

BOOKING CONDITIONS:

At the time of confirmation of the booking we would require 50% advance of the total invoice. Balance 50% will be paid 60 days prior to the date of arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

For cancellation made 4 weeks prior to the scheduled departure, there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the invoice. For cancellation made within 4 weeks of scheduled departure, there will be cancellation charge of 100% of the invoice.

In certain cases the cancellation policy (including conditions applicable on the advance deposit made/required for holding the reservation) may differ & would be applicable as per the cancellation policy of that hotel/service provider. This will be charged over & in addition to the cancellation policy.

UNUSED SERVICES & REFUND:

No refund will be made for any unused services or other arrangements due to any changes in schedule made by passenger while traveling. However, in certain cases, the refund will be considered as per the policy of the carrier/hotel/tour company or other suppliers used for providing services.

Refund request must be made within 2 weeks of the completion of the trip.

If there is any additional expenses due to bad weather or any other reason beyond the control of the tour operator on account of hotel stay, transportation, and meals etc. extra bill will be raised. Neither nor the participating suppliers/hotels will be responsible for the additional expenses.

The refund shall be processed within 15-20 working days from the date of the cancellation request. Payments made using any other form of payment will be refunded by cheque within a maximum of 30 days from date of receipt of services. All refunds shall be processed subject to processing of refunds by the respective airline/service provider.

RESPONSIBILITY, LIABILITY, EXTRA COST, PRICES AND BROCHURE ACCURACY – CHANGES & ERRORS:

All the packages are sold under the business management of Holidays At. and they are in no way to be considered as the principal or operator of the subject services. The right is reserved to cancel or alter any package as conditions require. Neither Holidays At. nor the participating suppliers/hotels will be responsible for the additional expenses due to loss, delay or damage caused by accident, illness, bad weather, strikes/riots, road block etc.

GOVERNING LAW:

This conditions and each term shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation here to shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
